The price includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity, 1 set of bath towel and bed linen.
The price not include:
- midweek cleaning
- additional linen
- final cleaning: 60,00€ obligatory
- heating: to consumption
Payment:
- 30% at booking
- balance within 10 days from arrival
- do not accept credit cards
Weekly rent start and finish on Saturday.
The amounts are in Euro and are valid until December 31, 2010.
Bailment: 500 Euro, to deposit at the arrival; it will be paid back at the departure, net from extra costs.
Reservation's annulment:
- for annulment at least 30 days before the arrival: 80% back
- for annulment at least 15 days before the arrival: 50% back
- for annulment within 15 days before the arrival: no pay back
